Stella is an experienced HR Manager, who is currently applying her management experience and expertise gained within commercial organisations, to many small and medium sized businesses in a variety of sectors. 

With over 20 years’ experience of HR in senior roles in diverse industry sectors and business cultures, her career has encompassed Financial Services, Outsourced Business Services, Education, Central Government and Manufacturing.  Stella now runs her own successful Consultancy in Southampton and also works with Key Associates to deliver a seamless service to clients, helping them with all their HR requirements.

Stella has supported business owners on a range of employment issues, sensitive medical retirements and organisational change.  She has lead on commissioned HR projects, delivered job search workshops and managed redundancy and redeployment processes, recognising the delicate balance between the business and individual’s needs.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Stella is currently undertaking the role of Chair of the CIPD Southampton Group Committee.
